ADAPTIVE SPORTS

In our newest sports program, sports program is dedicated to providing inclusive, adaptive, and engaging sports opportunities for children and young adults with special needs. We believe that every individual, regardless of ability, deserves the chance to experience the joy of sports, build confidence, and develop essential life skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Registration: Now -August 16th, 2025

Sessions are every Mondays from 5-6 pm at the BellFamily YMCA. Participants will learn the basics of basketball and soccer. Each participant will be paired up with a buddy to help guide them through activities and drills.

Costs: $45 for Y Members or  $60 for Non-members
