The Walton County YMCA in Monroe is excited to announce several employment opportunities. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in various roles.

Available Positions:

  1. Pryme Tyme Summer Camp Counselors

    • Description: Create fun memorable experiences for children in our Summer Camp Program
    • 18 years or older with previous experience working with children preferred
    • Certifications required within 30 days of hire include: CPR/1st Aid, 10hr Health & Safety Orientation, 2hr Mandated Reporter Training

  2. Lifeguards

    • Description: Monitor pool activities, ensure swimmer safety, and respond to emergencies as needed. Current lifeguard certification required.

  3. Swim Instructor

    • Description: Teach proper swim techniques and promote water safety rules in infant, youth and adult lesson settings.
