The Walton County YMCA in Monroe is excited to announce several employment opportunities. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in various roles.

Available Positions:

  1. Lifeguards

    • Description: Monitor pool activities, ensure swimmer safety, and respond to emergencies as needed. Current lifeguard certification required.

  2. Summer Camp Program Staff

    • Description: Supervise and engage children in camp activities, be a great role model, and ensure a safe environment.

  3. Swim Coach

    • Description: Coach swim team participants, develop training programs, and promote competitive swimming skills.

  4. Swim Instructor

    • Description: Teach proper swim techniques and promote water safety rules in infant, youth and adult lesson settings.
