WELLNESS ASSISTANT (Bell Family - Hartwell, GA)
Wellness Assistants are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the Wellness Center. Primary duties include cleaning equipment, re-racking weights, and restocking supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper. Wellness Assistants also engage with members to provide a positive experience, conduct youth wellness orientations, assist with new member wellness orientations, and reinforce Wellness Center policies.

Sub Bus Driver

  • Must be 21 or older
  • Must have CDL A or B License with passenger endorsements
  • Clean MVR
  • Minimum one year work experience as a bus driver
  • Knowledge of the rules/guidelines related to commercial passenger vehicles (bus).
  • Pass drug Screen
  • Pass background check and fingerprinting with Bright from the start
  • Certifications required within 30 days of hire: CPR and First Aid, 10 hr Health & Safety Orientation, 2 hr Mandated Reporter Training
  • (provided by the Y)
  • Must be able to complete online trainings and attend quartlerly meetings
  • Desire and ability to work with children

Sub After-School Counselor

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Experience with Children
  • Must have a High school Diploma
  • Must be able to obtain Cpr & First aid certification (provided by the Y)
  • Must pass drug screen
  • Must pass background check and fingerprinting from Bright from the start
  • Must be able to complete online trainings & attend all in house training

Summer Camp Counselor

  • Must be 16 years old or older 
  • Experience with Children
  • Must be able to obtain Cpr & First aid certification (provided by the Y)
  • Must pass drug screen

  • Must be able to complete online trainings & attend all in house training 
  • Mature and Good role Model

Certified Lifeguard 

  • Must be 15 yrs or older
  • Must be able to Swim
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • CPR & First Aid Preferred
