Walton County YMCA

The Walton County YMCA stands as a testament to community resilience and dedication. After more than a decade of planning, fundraising, and overcoming challenges, our doors are now open to serve Monroe and the surrounding areas. Located across from Monroe Area High School, our 36,000-square-foot facility is designed to promote healthy living, youth development, and social responsibility.​

Aquatics Center
Our facility features two indoor pools:​

• An 8-lane competition lap pool, ideal for swim teams and fitness swimmers.

• A warm water recreational pool with zero-depth entry, perfect for family fun and therapeutic exercises.​

Wellness Center
Equipped with state-of-the-art LifeFitness cardio machines, free weights, squat racks, deadlift platforms, and a variety of strength-training equipment, our wellness center caters to all fitness levels.​

Youth Programs
We offer a range of programs for children and teens, including:​

• Childwatch services for ages 3 months to 12 years.

• ​An engaging Activity Center.​

• Pryme Tyme afterschool care.​

• Summer Day Camps filled with fun and learning opportunities.​

Future Developments
Our vision doesn't stop here. With your support, we aim to expand our offerings to include basketball gyms, soccer fields, pickleball, and tennis courts. Every donation brings us closer to realizing these goals and enhancing our community's well-being.​
