Pickleball Paddle Decorating Contest
We are in early stages of development and will have more information as time goes on regarding the pickleball courts, pickleball lessons, the ribbon cutting ceremony, etc. What I do hope you will get excited about is this art contest -- flyer coming soon.
How to Participate

Sign up online or at the Front Desk. We will have a short form for non-members.

Open to staff, members, and non-members.

Participation fee: $15 (includes one blank paddle).

Pick up your blank paddle at the Front Desk during normal business hours.

You are welcome to decorate your own paddle instead of the one provided; however, the participation fee remains $15.
Contest Divisions

Little Artists: Ages 14 & Under

Big Artists: Ages 15–99
Paddle Pickup & Submission Deadline

Registration begins and blank paddles may be picked up beginning August 3rd during normal business hours.

All decorated paddles must be submitted to the Front Desk by 9:00 PM on Thursday, September 4.
Display & People's Choice Voting

All decorated paddles will be displayed during the Pickleball Court Ribbon Cutting Ceremony (date tba). Paddles will be displayed on tables, with the handle positioned either upright or sideways—whichever the artist prefers.

Guests attending the ribbon-cutting ceremony will vote for their favorite paddle in each division.
Prizes

First Place in each division will receive a FREE private pickleball lesson at the YMCA
