Meet Our Trainers

Carrie Kearney
Carrie is a certified SCW Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, with over 11 years in the wellness industry. She holds specialized certifications in Mossa Group Fight and multiple Les Mills formats, including RPM, GRIT, and BodyCombat. A proud Loganville native, Carrie is known for her high-energy coaching, personalized training style, and enthusiasm that makes every workout fun and motivating.

Outside of the gym, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Kevin, daughter Corley, and bonus kids Madeline, Caiden, and Liam. Her family is her anchor and her biggest source of inspiration.

 


 

Julie Tyre
Julie and her husband, Josh, have called Monroe home since 2001, raising their children Nicholas, Anna Claire, and Will here. Her own journey with health and weight sparked a passion for wellness that turned into a professional mission to help others.

Julie is certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT), and the Aquatic Exercise Association. She’s also a Certified Arthritis Foundation Program Leader and a Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Whether you're returning from injury, new to fitness, or looking to maintain strength as you age, Julie is here to support you with empathy, accountability, and encouragement.

Her motto: “Love your body right now as it is—but also love your body enough to make it the healthiest it can be!”


 

 


Jahil Fielder
Jahil brings over a decade of coaching experience in track & field, cross-country, strength training, and sport-specific conditioning. He has worked with youth athletes to help them compete stronger, move smarter, and reach new performance levels. Over time, he has also developed a passion for working with older adults, focusing on improving strength, mobility, and confidence through purposeful movement. Jahil’s minimalist approach to training is designed to get you in and out of the gym efficiently—while still delivering the results you’re looking for. His coaching background includes serving as a sprints and strength coach at the high school and national team level in Guam, personal training at LA Fitness, and coaching youth soccer with Walton County Rec. He holds certifications as a personal trainer and nutritionist through ISSA, is CPR and First Aid certified, and earned his Master’s in Teaching from the University of Guam.

 


Alonika Fielder

With over 15 years of experience as a multi-sport athlete in women’s tackle football, rugby, wrestling, and bodybuilding, Alonika brings a strong foundation of discipline, strength, and resilience to her training. For the past seven years, she has dedicated her career to helping others thrive as an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Bootcamp Instructor, and Glute Specialist. She has also spent the last four years coaching youth sports, combining her athletic background with a passion for teaching. As a wife and mother of two, Alonika understands the challenge of balancing fitness with everyday life and is committed to helping clients of all ages—from young athletes to seniors—build healthier, stronger lives. She emphasizes proper technique, injury prevention, and sustainable progress, with a mission to educate, empower, and inspire others to move with confidence, fuel their bodies with intention, and live with vitality at every stage of life.
