Meet Our Trainers
Carrie Kearney
Carrie is a certified SCW Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, with over 11 years in the wellness industry. She holds specialized certifications in Mossa Group Fight and multiple Les Mills formats, including RPM, GRIT, and BodyCombat. A proud Loganville native, Carrie is known for her high-energy coaching, personalized training style, and enthusiasm that makes every workout fun and motivating.
Outside of the gym, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Kevin, daughter Corley, and bonus kids Madeline, Caiden, and Liam. Her family is her anchor and her biggest source of inspiration.
Julie Tyre
Julie and her husband, Josh, have called Monroe home since 2001, raising their children Nicholas, Anna Claire, and Will here. Her own journey with health and weight sparked a passion for wellness that turned into a professional mission to help others.
Julie is certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT), and the Aquatic Exercise Association. She’s also a Certified Arthritis Foundation Program Leader and a Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Whether you're returning from injury, new to fitness, or looking to maintain strength as you age, Julie is here to support you with empathy, accountability, and encouragement.
