Once registered please download all applicable forms:
- Swim Waiver - This form is needed for your child's swim time
- Authorization for Medication - This form is needed if your child requires medication while at camp

- A $25 deposit for each instance is due at the time of registration.
- Deposits and Registration Fees are not refundable.

This is an informative meeting on what you and your child can expect for our Summer Day Camp Program.
First Day of Camp: June 1, 2026
We open the doors at 7:00am. I hope that you are as excited as we are!
Summer Day Camp:
Our cause is for youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Our camp program, as being a part of the YMCA, reflects these values and is designed for our camp participants to grow physically, mentally and spiritually with a safe, fun camp environment. Our staff are trained to be engaging and supportive as they lead your child through challenging activities that will help them grow developmentally.
Campers are grouped together by grade, and their days are filled with fun age appropriate activites that include arts and crafts, physical activites, games, character development, devotions, and daily swim time.
Swim Lessons:
We will be offering free swim lessons to campers this summer. This is a learn-to-swim program with limited spots avaialble. These lessons are designed to teach Level I and Level II swimmers. Please indicate on your child's swim waiver if you would like for them to participate in our swim lessons. Swim waivers must be turned in by May 16th, 2026.
Lunch and Snack:
Lunch and snack will be provided by our food sponsor YMCA of Georgia's Piedmont Inc as a part of the Happy Helpings program by DECAL
Day Camp Dates & Times:
June 1, 2026 - July 29, 2026
7:00am - 6:00pm
Camp will be closed for the following dates:
- July 3rd - Independence Day
- July 30th & 31st - Pryme Tyme Workdays
Cost:
Registration Fee: $35 (one time)
Day Camp Rising K - 5th Grade:
Members: $145/week Non-Members: $170/week
Payments and Changes
- Payments are drafted the Wednesday prior to the week of service. The amount includes the fee minus the deposit.
- To change your draft payment method, please email the Camp Director.
- If you need to pre-pay or set up a customized payment plan, please email the Camp Director
- If you need to make changes to your child's registration, or have other information need to be given, please email the Camp Director.
Scholarship Program:
Through the generosity of our members, staff, board and community donors, the Walton County YMCA is able to offer scholarships to families who are not able to afford the regular weekly fees for summer camp. If you need financial assistance, please fill out the Scholarship Application from the link below and turn in at least two weeks prior to your child(ren) starting in our program.
