Registration for 2025 is now open!
The Y’s swim lesson program is designed to teach safety, confidence, and skill development in a supportive environment. Lessons are offered year-round and open to all skill levels.
Our certified swim instructors focus on water safety, skill progression, and building confidence in every swimmer.
What to Bring:
Swimsuit and towel
Goggles (recommended)
Swim diaper for children under 4 or not potty trained (no regular diapers)
Parental Supervision:
Parents are required to remain on the pool deck for all lessons involving children ages 12 and under.
This introductory parent-child class helps young children become comfortable in the water while teaching parents essential water safety and drowning prevention skills. This stage builds swim-readiness through fun and confidence-building experiences.
Starting June 2, we are excited to offer private and semi-private swim lessons for teens and adults aged 13 and older. These lessons provide personalized attention to help improve skills, build strength, and increase confidence in the water.
Note: We encourage children under the age of 13 to join our group swim lessons.
The Y’s swim lessons prepare kids of all ages to stay safe and have fun in the water, building confidence and life-long skills. Our certified swim instructors focus on safety, technique, and confidence in a supportive environment.
