Leslie Tooke

I am a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor for the YMCA. I have been married for 16 years and have 3 beautiful girls. I have a masters in Marine Science from the University of Georgia, but exercising has always been my passion. I started with a Group Exercise Certification through AFAA, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, in 2007. Currently, I hold two Personal Training Certifications. First I certified through Fitness Trainers of America in 2009 and then pursued a Personal Trainer Certification through SCW Fitness in 2014. My biggest accomplishment in the fitness industry was in 2014 when I established and lead a program called Winning at Losing. Since then, Winning at Losing has helped many women deal with their emotional and physical needs while discovering a healthier lifestyle. Over the years, I have worked at 3 separate gyms and continue to educate myself in the ever-changing world of fitness and nutrition.

I am available most mornings and would be happy to assist you in your fitness journey.

Cathy Stahl

I am a highly motivated and educated personal trainer with twenty plus years of experience in physical fitness: including cardiovascular training, strength training, muscle endurance, and flexibility. I am certified to teach aerobics, yoga, pre-natal yoga, sports rehabilitation and nutrition. I have direct experience working with and training elite athletes. I strive to help my clients reach their own personal goals. I identify their personal needs and design a specific program to solve their problem whether it is injury rehabilitation, weight loss, nutrition, triathlon training or merely establishing a new and healthy lifestyle. By incorporating proper techniques, safety and wellness into every day life, I will help you reach your personal goals and have a balanced, healthy and fulfilled life.

I am available 7 days a week in the mornings and evenings.
