WELCOME TO SCHOOL'S OUT CAMP AT THE Y

On most days when school is out in Barrow County, we will offer child care (School's Out Camps) at the YMCA. The registration forms are available approximately four weeks prior to the camp.

Registration/Payment:

• To register online - click here
• Policies in our Pryme Tyme Parent Handbook apply to all School's Out Camp dates.
• A $10 deposit for each instance is due at the time of registration.
• You will drafted the remainder of your balance on the due dates found in our Parent Handbook.
• If you withdraw two weeks before the camp, you will be fully refunded.
• If you withdraw after the two week period, and before the camp starts, the deposit will not be refunded or credited. 

Rates:

• Single Camp Day Rate: Member $30 Non- member $45
• Weekly Rate: Members $120 Non - member $145
• Weekly Rate will be the only rate offered for Fall and Spring Break

Hours of Operation: 

Schools Out Camps operate between the hours of 7:00am - 6:30pm.

August 7, 2023: For September - November dates
November 27, 2023: For December - January dates
January 15, 2024: For February - April dates

September 1: Teacher Workday
October 6, 9-13: Fall Break
November 7, 20, 21, 22: Election Camp/Thanksgiving Camp
December 21, 22, 27, 28, 29: Christmas Break
January 2, 3, 4, 5, 15: New Years Camp/MLK Day Camp
February 9, 12: February Break
March 14, 15: March Break
April 1-5: Spring Break

Please note: Digital Learning Days at Home will be ran as a School's Out Camp Day.

Items parents provide:

• Swim suit, towel, and flip-flops to wear to/from the pool.
• A refillable water bottle. We do not allow the children to use water fountains in order to prevent spreading germs.

Through our Food Program we will provide a lunch, and an afternoon snack. Should you want to provide a lunch for your child, please do not send any items that contain peanuts.
